Deliverable: WordPress website revamp (design, structure, content layout, SEO)
Core Services Provided:
UX architecture, brand messaging, UI design, WordPress development, on-page SEO, performance optimisation, conversion funnel design
PFOC – Pakistan First Online Consultant is a Lahore based consultancy that helps individuals and businesses with:
Financial consultancy and investment guidance
Franchising and business expansion advice
Marketing & branding support
Legal and tax planning
Dubai-related services such as Golden Visa, company registration, property investment, and immigration support
PFOC has positioned itself as one of Pakistan’s first online-first consultancy platforms for franchising and investing, combining local market understanding with digital delivery of services.
As the brand’s services and audience expanded, the existing website no longer reflected its potential or supported its lead-generation goals.
The website communicated what they do, but not why it matters, and it did not behave like a digital consulting funnel.
Unclear positioning:
“Pakistan First Online Consultant” was not consistently highlighted as a differentiator, especially for franchising and investment audiences.
Fragmented information architecture:
Financial consultancy, tax, franchising, legal, marketing, and Dubai services sat together without clear grouping, making it hard for visitors to understand what to click and where to start.
Weak conversion pathways:
Enquiry forms, “request a quote”, and “book a call” were present but not strategically integrated into the user journey.
Underutilised content:
Existing blogs (e.g., investment and franchising guides) generated useful information but were not tightly connected to services and calls-to-action.
PFOC did not just need a nicer website. It needed a structured, SEO-ready, lead-focused WordPress platform that treated each visitor as a potential consultation.
A8OM’s digital strategy for the PFOC website revamp was built around five objectives:
Clarify PFOC’s brand story and positioning as Pakistan’s first online consultant for franchising, investment, and Dubai opportunities.
Organise services into logical journeys for different user types (investors, franchise seekers, business owners, Dubai-focused clients).
Increase lead generation through prominent, repeated CTAs (forms, calls, WhatsApp, “book a call”).
Strengthen SEO foundations for franchising, investment, financial consultancy, Dubai setup, and online consultancy keywords.
Deliver a scalable, easy-to-manage WordPress site that can grow with new blogs, tools, and campaigns.
A8OM began with a structured discovery phase:
Analysed the existing PFOC website, including key pages and blog content.
Reviewed how PFOC describes itself as Pakistan’s first online consultant and its focus on franchising and investment.
Mapped primary audience groups:
Individuals exploring franchise opportunities in Pakistan
Investors seeking guidance and financial consultancy
Clients interested in Dubai property, visas, and company registration
Businesses needing legal, tax, or marketing support
From this, we redesigned the site architecture to clearly separate:
Core services: Financial Consultancy, Franchising, Marketing & Branding, Legal Consultancy, Tax Planning
Dubai services: Golden Visa, Company Registration in Dubai, Property Investment in Dubai, Immigration Services for Dubai
Educational content hub: Blogs and guides linked tightly to their related services.
As content strategists, we sharpened PFOC’s narrative:
Lead with the core identity:
Repeatedly emphasised PFOC as Pakistan’s First Online Consultant for franchising and investment support.
Make services benefit-led:
Instead of simply listing “Financial Consultancy” or “Franchising”, we framed them around outcomes such as:
“Launch the right franchise with expert local guidance.”
“Structure your investments with confidence, not guesswork.”
Link content to action:
Each service and blog page was structured to move users from:
Awareness → Problem clarity → Service explanation → “Book a Call” / “Request a Free Quote” / WhatsApp.
We ensured each key page contained:
A clear headline and subheading focused on problems and solutions.
Short, scannable sections that explain “who it’s for”, “what you get”, and “why PFOC”.
Strategic FAQs to match common search queries and objections.
The UX and UI direction focused on trust and simplicity:
Clean, advisory-style layouts with strong hierarchy for headings, summaries, and CTAs.
Colour and visual choices aligned with PFOC’s existing brand while improving readability and consistency.
Prominent trust markers:
“Pakistan’s First Online Consultant” tagline
Location and contact details
Navigation to team, services, and blogs
Multiple, consistent CTAs:
“Request a Free Quote”
“Book a Call”
“WhatsApp Us”
Integrated throughout service and blog pages.
The layout was optimised for both desktop and mobile, reflecting how users in Pakistan often browse and contact businesses via mobile and WhatsApp.
A8OM rebuilt the PFOC website on WordPress using a modular, scalable approach:
Reusable sections for:
Service overviews
Dubai-specific offerings
Testimonials or trust blocks
FAQs
Contact and quote forms
Page templates tailored for:
Service pages
Dubai offering pages
Blog articles with integrated CTAs and sidebar links
A clean, intuitive backend so PFOC’s team can:
Add new services or Dubai sub-offers
Publish blogs and guides
Edit content and CTAs without technical help
This ensures the platform can grow as PFOC introduces new programs, partnerships, or campaigns.
We implemented an SEO-first structure focused on PFOC’s real strengths:
Keyword mapping around:
Franchise consultancy and “franchise opportunities in Pakistan”
Investment and financial consultancy
Dubai services (company registration, property investment, Golden Visa)
Online consultancy and advisory support for Pakistani investors
For each priority page, we optimised:
Meta title and description to capture primary search intent
H1 and H2 structure aligned with common queries
Internal links from blogs to services and between related services
Blog templates were set up to:
Introduce a topic (e.g., Warren Buffett’s investment principles)
Educate the reader
Lead into PFOC’s role in empowering investors and franchise seekers, with CTAs to book a consultation or request tailored advice.
To support both user experience and marketing measurement:
Applied caching and image optimisation to improve load times.
Implemented security best practices suitable for a consultancy collecting personal and financial enquiry data.
Set up analytics and goal tracking around:
Form submissions
Clicks on “Book a Call”
WhatsApp interactions
Key page visits and drop-offs
This allows PFOC (and A8OM) to monitor which services drive most interest and where to focus future campaigns.
In the period following the revamp, the new PFOC website provided:
Clearer brand positioning as a digital-first consultancy for franchising, investment, and Dubai opportunities.
Simplified navigation, allowing visitors to quickly move from home to the right service (e.g., Financial Consultancy, Franchising, Dubai Services) and then to contact.
A stronger base for organic search, with service pages, Dubai pages, and blogs now structurally ready for ongoing SEO and content marketing.
Improved lead flow, as CTAs and WhatsApp touchpoints became more visible and consistent across the site.
(You can later add hard metrics such as “X% increase in enquiries”, “X% lift in organic sessions”, or “X% more WhatsApp leads” once you have data.)
PFOC’s previous website did not clearly communicate its positioning as Pakistan’s first online consultant for franchising and investment. Services were scattered, navigation was confusing, and calls-to-action were not structured to drive consultations, WhatsApp enquiries, or quote requests. As a result, visitors were not converting into leads at the level the business required.
A8OM reorganised the site into clear service groups Financial Consultancy, Franchising, Marketing & Branding, Legal & Tax, and Dubai Services and designed clean, focused layouts that guide users step by step. Each page now answers “who this is for” and “what to do next,” with prominent CTAs like “Book a Call,” “Request a Free Quote,” and “WhatsApp Us” placed throughout the user journey.
We applied an SEO-first structure by mapping high-intent keywords to specific service and Dubai pages, optimising meta titles, descriptions, and H1/H2 headings, and creating strong internal links between blogs and services. Content was rewritten and structured around real search intent for topics such as franchise consultancy in Pakistan, investment guidance, and Dubai company/visa services to attract more relevant organic traffic.
The revamped site treats every key page as part of a funnel. Service descriptions, benefits, and FAQs naturally lead into clear actions—booking a call, sending a WhatsApp message, or requesting a quote. CTAs are repeated in strategic positions (above the fold, mid-page, and at the end), making it easier for visitors to take the next step at the moment they are most engaged.
Yes. The framework used for PFOC discovery, service mapping, UX and UI design, WordPress development, and SEO implementation is adaptable to other consultants and advisory businesses, whether they focus on franchising, finance, legal, tax, immigration, or international setups. A8OM can tailor the same approach to your niche, geography, and target audience to improve clarity, trust, and lead generation.
