PFOC Properties is a real estate investment company that connects Pakistani and international buyers with high-potential property opportunities in Dubai and the wider UAE. 

The company:

  • Focuses on off-plan and ready-to-move projects in prime Dubai communities

  • Works with leading developers such as Emaar, Damac, Azizi, Danube, Samana, Sobha, Aldar, Ellington and others

  • Promotes benefits like 0% property tax, strong infrastructure, 100% ownership, investor-friendly policies, and Golden Visa opportunities

With addresses in Lahore, Dubai (Business Bay) and London, PFOC Properties wanted a website that reflects its international footprint while speaking directly to Pakistani and regional investors

The Challenge

Before this project, PFOC’s digital presence did not fully match its ambition as a cross-border Dubai investment specialist.

Key issues:

  • Scattered messaging: Their strengths high rental yields, potential for capital appreciation, Golden Visa support, and global offices were not clearly packaged into a single, investor-friendly narrative.

  • No central hub for projects and developers: Information about partner developers and flagship projects (off-plan and ready-to-move) lacked a clear, structured presentation.

  • Limited education for first-time investors: Many Pakistani investors are new to Dubai real estate. PFOC needed content that explains why Dubai, how the process works, and what returns to expect.

  • Weak funnel design: There was no dedicated, conversion-optimised journey from “interested visitor” to “booked consultation” across Pakistan, UAE and UK audiences.

PFOC needed a focused Dubai property website that educates, builds trust, and consistently channels visitors into consultation calls and form submissions.

Project Objectives

A8OM shaped the website project around five measurable objectives:

  1. Position PFOC Properties as a trusted Dubai investment partner for Pakistani and international clients.

  2. Explain the advantages of investing in Dubai in simple, persuasive language (tax, yields, ownership, lifestyle).

  3. Showcase developers and key projects in a structured, visually strong way.

  4. Design clear lead funnels: “Book a Consultation”, “Call Now”, “Send a WhatsApp/Message” for all three regions. 

  5. Build an SEO-ready content base (home sections, blogs, FAQs) for ongoing content and campaigns around Dubai investment.

Strategy & Approach

1. Discovery & Positioning

We started by reviewing:

  • Existing PFOC Properties messaging and marketing assets

  • The current website structure and content on pfocproperties.com

  • Competitor Dubai investment websites aimed at Pakistani and regional investors

From this, we clarified PFOC’s positioning:

  • “Your gateway to Dubai real estate” for investors in Pakistan, UAE and the UK

  • A bridge between top UAE developers and investors who need trustworthy, guided decision-making

  • A focus on high-yield, well-researched projects rather than generic property listings 

This positioning drove both the UX and content decisions.

2. UX Architecture & Content Flow

We designed the homepage as a complete investor journey, structured into clear, scrollable blocks:

3. Visual Design & Brand Treatment

Design decisions were focused on:

  • Investor confidence: clean layouts, strong typography, and consistent spacing to avoid the “property listing clutter” effect.

  • Premium Dubai feel: imagery and accents that reflect luxury waterfront towers, skyline views, and high-end living without overwhelming the content.

  • Clear hierarchy: distinct blocks, bold section headings, and clear project cards so users can scan quickly.

All CTAs (consultation, call now, submit form) were styled consistently to train users where to click.

4. WordPress Development & Content Management

We implemented the site on WordPress with a modular approach:
