Our Marketing department is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
Estimate and allocate performance media budgets across all channels in order to meet business goals.
Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels through data-driven methodologies, analysis, and measurement.
Build a world-class performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, and optimization with analytics and data science partners.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, including LTV, CPA, ROI, etc.
Drive scalable results through test-and-learn strategies
Develop the analytical, communication, and leadership skills of the talented individuals on your team
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in acquisition marketing and performance/growth marketing with direct oversight of SEM, display, retargeting, paid social, and funnel optimization.
2-3 years of people management experience
Proven track record of growing marketing investment
Ability to influence decision-makers in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Expertise in problem-solving and analysis combined with the ability to synthesize findings and effectively communicate them to all levels of the organization.
